Well, it's really good! And this latest (final?) version surely is clean, splendid and quite flawless. ^^
I guess, you COULD have changed the dragon's "eyebrowe", if you wanted to... you know... lowering it a little to make him look more "fierce" or "evil". 
Yeah, and you used a fitting, clean basic colouring.
Overall: long, hard work but nice "feral form" character sheet!

I think I have to make other versions of the pic too since Myanmor wants the mouth open. But I can't do it. I cannot imagine how the lower jaw looks like. About the eyebrowe, I will look again.
