I got the idea after watching Suede's Pokemon Journey review on the episode "Snack Attack" and his comment about Ruby being a palette swap of Delia which I can see if we look at Delia'a old design from the past.I can see it working like Ruby being Delia's cousin or maybe her sister but more so the former with Ruby being Delia's cousin and that extension Ash's cousin or aunt
