So i have been rewatching the final arc of the Pokémon Jhoto anime, including the mini arc about the lost Larvitar that Ash hatches and remember enjoying it though one thing I would have changed is the ending where Larvitar is reunited with it's mother but it decides to travel with Ash surprising everyone with Brock summarizing since Ash had been in care of Larvitar since it hatched, Larvitar bonded with Ash and points how Ash was able to help Larvitar open out of his shell after refusing to let anyone close to him.

Larvitar and his mother sharing a teary goodbye before Ash officially catches it and joining his team but after sending one of his Pokemon to Oak's Lab to make room for Larvitar.

So Larvitar would be in the same situation like Phanpy where it doesn't shine much in the Pokemon League, maybe they can be in the match against Maisy together with Squirtle in the back or Ash has Larvitar sit on the sidelines to watch and learn as it is still young but who know.

We can have Larvitar join Ash's side either during the Battle Froniter or maybe Sinnoh (Still he would have two Psuedo Legerdnary Pokemon on his team but the League would be fine) or even Kalos where it can evolve into a Pupitar or even a Tyranitar.

So what do you guys think?
