Description
These large bug-like Rahi inhabit the high canopies of the Jungle Region. They live in hives and are extremely hostile to anything that encroaches upon their territory. Their large compound eyes are perfectly adapted for seeing in the deep underground hives. What was once a pair of hind legs has now evolved into a form of grasping appendage, with they can use to pick slime up from the floor of the nest and launch it at intruders. It works as a natural adhesive, sticking enemies to the ground or walls. They have a small proboscis which they use to drain the energy out of living beings, as well as a pair of large grasping claws which can tear through some types of alloy.

They are often considered a pest by the Jungle Villagers, who send out hunting parties on a regular basis to clear certain areas of the rainforest of Rama hives, and to allow more docile species to flourish. Junji himself was once a Rama-Hunter, as was his father, and his father before him. When Junji was chosen to become the Protector of the Jungle Region, he passed on his hunting duties to his younger brother(suggest names in the comments below!).
