update forgot that deviantart reverts to lowest quality for uploads, so even though i dont really do much in GIMP anymore, it's good for starting out, so hopefully this is still usefulHey! You guys wanted it! You got it!
Just as a disclaimer, this isn't a magical tutorial that teaches you how to animate, just how to use this particular software. But using the process above, I've made little GIF's like these guys X3
