EDIT: I just realized now that I never used the "white stage make-up/primer" at all... so please disregard that!

So it has been some time since I've made a tutorial. I made this tutorial about a month ago and only got to posting it up now. My hair has changed yet again since this tutorial :']

This tutorial was requested by *MidnightMysteryMeow so I apologize if it's not what you were looking for, but feel free to ask questions if you need me to further explain any parts.

I was extremely lazy for this tutorial D: But I kind of did it on the basis that everyone else has seen my previous tutorials and know my methods by now :']
