Yes, canon is an offical character in a certain fandom. An OC is an Original Character, or one that you create yourself. But in this meme, it has to be an OC for your chosen fandom.

A fandom is like a show, series, game, comic, or whatever. For mine, I chose the Teen Titans fandom. There's all sorts of fandoms: Naruto fandom, Okami fandom, Star Wars fandom, the list goes on.
CanonxOC is a pairing of a canon (official) character and an OC (original character).

Canon is basically an official character in a certain fandom. For example, take Teen Titans. Beast Boy is a canon character, Dragara is not. Thus, canonXOC is a pairing between a canon character and an OC.
