Wow! This is very colorful yet the colors are calm enough so as to not blind the eyes. The frill (for lack of knowledge of what that's really called) on the underside of its neck reminds me of a kind of Komodo/Frilled Lizard and that eye...just..hypnotizes me.

BEAUTIFUL picture. Lovely details and how the blues melt together. It's great to see a gem like this on canvas and not just a file on the computer...no offense to digital artists out there...I have a soft spot in my heart for traditional art...I bet it'd look even more stunning standing before the canvas itself. The deep shades of blue are great (seems like too ugly and generic of an adjective...but thereyougo), and the eyes really draw me in.

that's a good drawing of a dragon. of the best i have ever seen. it may be that you were focused ont he head of rthe dragon. try to work on the claws. keep doing it and u might get bbet at drawing the muscles and such.
