This is Bombin the troll, who belongs to Certain-Oddities . He is also known as Wambarombomaymeetreekeekeskerondinbombintroll if you prefer. He's got soup in the gourd for you if you want it, but it's cold, but it was good when it was warm but you probably don't want it now.
