Description
Not the best tutorial out there, i didnt have any current examples so i tried to explain best i could. was done really quick for a friend, so will eventually be redone. Nothing really special, just felt the fursuiting community was lacking a NON toony base tutorialRelated content

I started making a head today, but I found that how I wanted to do it, fogged up my glasses too. I'm experimenting with ways for that to work, but most people I talked to who wear glasses just use fans to keep it less foggy. as long as the foam fits around the glasses, it should be okay. If anyone else has suggestions, I'm open for ideas.

This is actually very helpful because I got stuck at how to do the muzzle.

I plan to use this style for my head in the coming months. I have all the materials and only need to bulk up a display head to use as a stand to work on it.

Thank you for this. Been trying to find how foam bases can be made realistic and this just crossed that bridge. I've seen many professionals do it and wondered as to how they did it. Again, thanks so much. I am certainly going to be referring to this throughout the building of my next fursuit.

It's a good tutorial considering you don't have step by step instructions. I am curious though, how would you modify the base to allow for glasses to be worn?

I would say make the foreahead piece out of 1 inch foam to elevate the eye area so it will allow room for glasses. it has lots of spare room either way.
