Sorry about not taking any photos during the process of sewing the headcover... maybe next time.
Another thing to note I guess is that I pre-shaved some of the fur, because DF is really annoying to work with, hard to see what you're doing under all that fluff. I ended up shaving it more closely once the head was fully furred.

What would be the best to cut it with?
And wouldn’t the foam come off with the tape?

I use small spring-loaded scissors and go slow, depressing the foam underneath as I cut so as to avoid cutting the foam itself. No, the tape doesn't rip the foam as long as you don't leave it on for a long time and go slow when removing it.

what do you do if when you cut out the fur and sew it, and the seams make it smaller than it should be so it doesnt fit on the head?? I hope you understand lol. I couldnt figure out how to word the sentence.

Add seam allowance! How much you'll need depends on how you sew. I use a tiny seam allowance because I sew very close to the edge. You may need a larger seam allowance if you're less comfortable with sewing.
