Permafrost! Does anybody who watched Static shock remembered her? She's a one-time villain (i dont think she's a villain) in Static Shock. Her mother died and her step-father doesnt want anything to do with her
she's my fav female character in Static Shock 
and she looks kinda like Kisara from YuGiOh 
. I drew this by using colouring pencils. i hope you like it

I remember her ( BTW she's not a villain but a tragic character) . Permafrost/ Maureen's backstory was just an absolute tear-jerker with her mom dying and living on the streets even after becoming a metahuman. I really felt bad for her.
