Well, i drew another picture of Permafrost from static shock
here's the first one in drew [link]
She's a one-time villain (i dont think she's a villain) in Static Shock. Her mother died and her step-father doesnt want anything to do with her she's my fav female character in Static Shock, remember?
this time, i used a program from internet to colour it
