Permafrost! Does anybody who watched Static shock remembered her? She's a one-time villain (i dont think she's a villain) in Static Shock. Her mother died and her step-father doesnt want anything to do with her
she's my fav female character in Static Shock 
and she looks kinda like Kisara from YuGiOh 
. I drew this by using colouring pencils. i hope you like it

i watched static shock back then, but i don't recall seeing her...what happened?

well she was homeless and her family died (step-dad left the 2) and has been on the strees for a few years and is saddened by how casullay people go about the holidays enjoying life in their warm cozy homes while the homeless have none of this whatso ever its sad very very sad but real.

i seen an episode of Law and Order a homeless guyw as murdered and Jack told the jury to "don't foget him and don't deny him justice" it struc k a chord since many folks don't know or don't realize how tough it is to b homeless or easy it could happen to them (Tyra Bansk show episode).

It's an christmas special episode.
There's a girl named Maureen Connor. her mother died years ago and her father doesnt want anything to do with her. Then she became a homeless little girl
She has power to control ice
At christmas, Her power became strong and ice accidents keep happening. She kept running and running because wherever she is, that place turned in to ice.
At first, Static cant stop her (she is very strong! 
It was a sad episode, but i hope she appear again! she is my fav character in Static shock!
