This is a great tutorial, except there's one problem...
That "Femboy" is no boy at all! You see, the picture of reference you used is a Calico Cat. The thing about Calico cats is that they are not a breed at all. And all calico cats are girls. the males don't even develop fetally at all.

You are wrong. 
It's not that male calico cats do not develop in the fetal stage, it's that because a male calico cat is a gene mutation that they never start to develop in the first place.
I have a male calico cat and he is the most adorable and loving cat I've ever had. <3

Well, in your case, your cat is considered a hermaphrodite, (s)he is expressing both male and female characteristics. Males cannot express the calico gene because there are some codes that the Y gene lack upon creation. so if your cat is XXY it's surviving because of the x gene expressed the necessary genes. XY males, or pure males cannot be calico cats because they don't even make it through the womb.
