This is pretty good! I see a level of detail here that I don't see in your other drawings. (Though that huge watermark right in the middle makes it a bit harder to see) you've got a good start on texture here-- It could use some more sharply defines shading and highlights to define that form better...some deeper shadows on the fur on one side, a few highlights on the other. Love the horror-movie mood.

Thank you! I’m glad you like it. This took a while.
Yeah, I know what you mean about the detail, I sometimes take longer on some drawings then others. It depends on my mood. I need to buckle down more on them, though.
The critique is very much appreciated. It’ll help me out a ton. I’ll be keeping that in mind for my next drawings.
And oh yes, I LOVE horror films and horror related books/creatures. Vampires especially but NOT Twilight.
REAL vampires. :evil laugh:
In fact, I have a pic of one of my Vampire characters I’m going to be drawing soon. It’ll be around the same detail as this one so it might take a while. I’ll let you know when it’s posted if you’d like to see. ^^
Thanks again for the comments and critique. ^_^

Detail always takes a long time, lol, but it's worth it I think.
Haha no sparkly things, eh? I don't care much for vampire stories, personally...never did. Werewolf stories have grown on me though.
Sure! Best of luck on it!

Hah, really? It’s the opposite for me. I’ve always preferred vampires over werewolves. However, I do think they’re freaking kickass regardless. Hmm…what’s your favorite werewolf film?
And hell no. Keep the sparkly things away from me.

I can't say I have *seen* a lot of werewolf films, actually...hmm. I liked Teen Wolf when I was a kid because I thought it was funny. I used to play a werewolf in a LARP roleplaying game, the White Wolf "Werewolf: The Apocalypse" venue. I like the werewolves in the Harry Potter books of course. You?
April Fools' Day I got the SPARKLY THING! It was so scary.

Actually it’s the same with me. I haven’t really seen a lot of Werewolf films, either. I wonder why? Maybe they don’t make them as often as other horror icons?
The Wolfman is good, and I’ve seen bits and pieces of ‘American Werewolf in London’ Freaky.
Hah, I like the werewolves in HP as well. ^^ Lupin is awesome.
Lols hahaha! You got the sparkle-pire, huh? That sounds horrific. O_O *shudders*
Mine was Lady Gaga…….ehhh to be honest I’m not sure which was worse.

I don't think werewolves are as popular as vampires. LOL Lupin rocks!
It was scary! Ah well. I figured for April Fools I could be an Edward fan, LOL
I don't even know who she is, lol

Lol, my guess would be….he’s not a nice wolf. Hehe.
Thank you!
I’m really glad you like the forest. I worked really hard to make it really spooky. *shudders*
I actually found watching black and white films to be helpful with the colouring. A neat trick to try.
I’m really glad you liked it, hon!
I actually have another big painting project planned for later. I think you’ll like it. It’s something you’ve been wanting me to draw for a while. <3
*squee* and I lovelovelove the little Monkey icon!
