They're BABIES! On the hunt for doughnuts.

I love the idea of Tokka and Rahzar but Rahzar's face has always skewed a bit Big Daddy Roth for my taste,(cartoonish) so I wanted to make him a bit more wolf-like.

I made Tokka's skin a bit scalier and his eyes smaller but didn't adjust his design as much.

When TMNT 2 was about to come out, I remember everyone thought the silhouettes on the poster was going to be Rocksteady and Bebop. In retrospect looking at the poster now one may think, how could you think that? But at the time you might see the poster briefly at a theater or on some merch- in my case it was a printed plastic cup we got at the theater when we saw another movie, and the print job was good for its time but not really clear enough to analyze.

Now it would have been leaked/analyzed for months before the movie came out. But I think the movie producers were going for that ambiguity at the time because the TMNT cartoon was very popular, so a lot of kids probably assumed the characters from the cartoon would appear in the movie. However evidently Eastman and Laird weren't fans of Bebop and Rocksteady as they were created for the cartoon. Hence Tokka and Rahzar.

I thought they were badass and especially thought Tokka was rather kaiju-like and his shell like Bowser's so right up my alley. And Rahzar was very werewolf-ish, which I also dug.
