Love it! Keep trying new techniques! Sometimes simpler techniques end up looking better, too. Like, I always spend a good long couple of hours finishing an "Ask Marik", and then I uploaded one that was just the base sketches, no colour no shading, not even clean lineart and people seemed to really like it.
