Crona drove around the sugary pink landscape in desperate hopes of finding the other racers, in order to save Lilly. It was starting to seem hopeless when suddenly from the highway below the sound of engine buzzed by. Crona Increased his speed and jumped his bike off the side towards the highway. As he looked down there they were, every sugar rush racer bar Vanellope. By the looks on their faces it was obvious that Crona had taken them by surprise, but then again its not every day a bike flys overhead! Crona can down quickly with a bounce as the wheels screeched against the track. He looked up. Even with his increased speed prior to the jump He had still managed to land slightly trailing behind his main target, Taffyta. He squinted his eyes, Where was Lilly? Taffyta didn`t have her , was she hiding her? Crona looked down slightly at the control panel and tapped a button on the screen, creating a communication link to taffyta`s vehicle.
"Where is she!" Crona growled, " No games , I know yo know" His voice was as sharp as glass and his bitter demand stabbed through the air like a knife.
"Who? Crona , I have no idea what you mean." Taffyta replied acting innocent. Crona was not fooled, " If you wont tell me.... then you`ll have to face the consequences" He coldly muttered. He minimized the communication and opened up a file from his bike, He typed on the holographic screen. At first It didn`t seem as if he was doing anything but as soon as the final digit was placed the landscape surrounding the track darkened slightly. A blazing wall of technological pattern grew around the track , blocking off any escape. "You brought this on yourself" Crona shouted, Twisted the accelerator. The wheels skidded slightly against the track before Crona Motorcycle lunged forward,Whooshing past Taffyta.
Taffyta looked down,darkening her face, as a small grin grew on her face. Quietly she laughed to herself. " Silly Crona" She mouthed clicking a button, activating the power up `Candy rockets`. Each missile individually launched locking onto Crona. Crona kept on driving unaware of the approaching projectiles. The motorcycle was sent into the air as the first missile hit the ground, just missing the back wheel. In shock, Crona looked over his shoulder and ,seeing the rockets increased his speed slightly and began weaving in and out avoiding each missile as it came. The final missile missed slipping past the motorcycle, but exploded in front of Crona. In a matter or quick thinking Crona activated the air brake which instantly slowed him down to at least 30mph. Taffyta passed Crona with a smug look on her face. As far as she knew she had got away and was increasing distance at an alarming rate.
Crona looked back up as the smoke cleared.He tasted blood on his lip, He un-sensibly took to driving using one hand as he dragged his now free hand along his lip. He was indeed bleeding slightly where he had accidently bit his lip during the sudden brake. He licked the blood off and returned to driving properly. " That little witch...." He cursed. " Time to see what this baby can do". He again increased speed, Tapping on the main panel with one hand as he went. He looked and and half smiled. " GOING INTO HYPER DRIVE" He shouted to himself. Smashing his finger against the screen and quickly returning it to the handle. He speed began to increase rapidly until he was at full capacity a human could take. His determination showed no chance of slowing down .
Further down the road Taffyta began slowing down, She was slightly confused however. Why weren`t the barriers going down? Suddenly Crona passed on the outside of the road. In a moment of slow motion he mocked her, sticking out his tongue and gloating. He rushed off into the distance. Taffyta, being quite confuzzled by this, stayed at constant speed for a while , then realizing what just happened began to speed up once more. She drove down the track for a while but it was completely dead, No signs of Crona at all. Suddenly Crona`s voice over the intercom shattered the silence.
"Im sick of your tricks, Know that?" He calmly spoke. There was a ever growing sense of evil to his voice. "Well now its my turn" . Then stood still in the center of track , Crona appeared in the distance in front of his motorcycle. Getting closer as Taffyta drove down the track. As Taffyta approached, Crona lunged slightly swinging his arm behind him. A blade of light materialized from the device on his arm. Too scared to run him down Taffyta swerved as she got within close proximity. Crona swang the blade as she drove by, It managed to cut into the karts side doing small damage but it didnt stop her.
Looking back at the figure of the bike as it faded away , Taffyta looked forward on closed her eyes sighing with relief. A voice came from above her,The tone was Blazing with rage like molten lava. " No you don`t , You WILL tell me where she is" It demanded as a hand grabbed her from behind, yanked her out of the vehicle and threw her back onto the track .She layed motionless for a while and then, following a cough , brought herself up onto her elbows. "No rest for the wicked" Crona growled as he positioned his blade at her throat. " As much as i dont want too, I will unless you spill the answer". She looked at his and tried to `charm` him into reconsidering using big eyes. Crona was unphased and brought the blade closer causing her to flinch. At the sight of fear Crona brought the blade away behind him. It disappeared as quick as it had appeared. He brought his arm back around and offered Taffyta a hand . She accepted it, and he pulled her up onto her feet. She dusted herself off and looked down at her feet . " So?" Crona asked " You gonna tell me!" . Taffyta Mumbled the location where they were hiding Lilly aswell as a cure for the shrinking issue. Crona put his hand on Taffyta`s shoulder " Sorry I had to do that kid, But it was the only way. Don`t do it again and nor will I"
As he got up and turned Taffyta Spoke, " You don`t get it, Vanellope shouldn`t have children... Its not in her code. If nothings done It`ll get worse" .Listening to her Crona realized the shaky tone in her voice only brought on by panic and fear, But he ignored it and continued to walk to his motorcycle.

Crona flung a kick at the doors , one after another until they violent ,broke swinging off their hinges. In the middle of the room Lilly stood , trapped in chains. Crona ran straight over to comfort and free the crying child. "Its ok, I know your mother. I`m here to get you out" He reasured her talking in a calm and soft tone.He lifted up his device and scanned the chains. He kept typing codes into the device , making sure to look up every so often to check on Lilly. After a few attempts that lead to nothing but windows error bleeps, agitation started getting to Crona. " I will save Lilly... For Vanellope" He kept repeating to himself, unaware of Lilly`s staring tearful eyes. He threw his arm down onto the chain upset, angry and confused, They responded with a loud echoing creak. Crona face palmed, Had he seriously been this stuiped to go straight to tech and not try brute force. Lilly giggled at Cronas face palm. Crona swung his leg into the air and brought it down on the chains using a violent axe kick. The chains instantly broke, shattering with a loud clang. The grip was released from Lilly who fell over from suddenly needing balance. Crona walked over to Lilly and picked her up holding her to his chest. " Lets get you back home" He calmly spoke to her.He continued speaking whispering to himself " Toughs were either the same chains Vanellope was held in by Candy or that was way too easy" He was slightly intrigued and wanted to investigate but remembering the child now in his procession , He turned and ran for the exit. Strangely as he ran back Crona had the sure feeling that there was someone or something in there with Lilly watching them.
Crona later met up with Vanellope as they had before and passed young Lilly over. Lilly grabbed tightly onto Vanellope`s jumper and fell asleep, happy to be in her mothers arms once again. Crona smiled, `Such a beautiful sight` He thought.
