But I did it the other way round!
Too miserly to buy a rubbish birthday cake from a shop for my sons 1st birthday cake, so bought a cake book and made my own!
Think of all the practise you can have with your daughter!
I never studied properly. Did a couple of evening courses a few years after the business was already established.
