Arggghhh, animating is fun.But, drawing twenty pictures per second can get a bit tedious. And boring.
Anyways, a small WIP for an animation I'm doing. :] I'm making Ditto badass by making it transform into things besides Pikachu. Whoot.

Whenever I draw something (such as a circle) it does this wierd outline thingy. how do I keep that from happening? Also, It doesn't show the layer below another.

About the layer beneath, you probably have it hidden. On the layers part of the timeline, there should be three icons next to the layer name. The first one, the eye, is the layer visibility. If the corresponding layer has an X instead of a dot under the eye icon, then it's hidden.
