Description
Titanus gojira probably would have been in a rare situation where the wolrd that he once lived and knew disappeared due to the P/Tr mass extinction event, finding himself in an almost empty world during the early triassic to eventually, wherever he was going, find thousands of these small elongated short legged creatures that with the vacuum of the planet have become the dominant megafauna. At least he was not alone in those early days, perhaps he was eventually conforming to the presence of numerous similar beings all around him
-----------------------
Well I'm preparing for the rise of the king so I tried to pull something quick as I don't have too much time for large pieces, and I had though on something like this since Monsterverse GodzillaΒ have existed since the Paleozoic, and interactions with other fauna would have been possible for millions of years.

If Goji predates the dinosaurs, kind'a makes you wonder just what creature he actually, really is.

well, Is not really that mysterious to me to be honest, considering the lots of tetrapod trails it has, my headcanon of what goji is actually come close betweenΒ temnospondyls to reptilomorphs

TheWatcherofWorlds In reply to Dragonthunders [2019-07-08 12:51:59 +0000 UTC]
I always thought he was something of an Archosaur judging by his croc features and "two part legs with short feet"
But yeah I guess reptiliomorph would explain all that and also the gills.
with the quote that says he's kept living and evolving due to earth radiation's as an energy source, its all fair game.

The Permian extinction event was a battle between Godzilla and another Titan gone wrong.

Godzilla is likely a giant procolophonomorph.

I dont think it could be related to any land tetrapod considering he has a row of gillsΒ

Might be a neotenic trait - technically, every tetrapod has gills during the embryo's gestation.
