Kind of annoyed how Barlowe never gave any detail about the Ebony Blister-wing despite how gigantic it was

yeah, is a bit of annoying it is being in the main page and having a whole comparison chart to be not even mentioned, even creatures that brieflyΒ appear in sketches has more descriptions than the Blister wing

The Book version of Emperor Sea Strider and Godzilla Earth seem to be around the same height

This is very fast and not exact, but pasting KOTM Goji (120 metres tall) into this chart would look like this , give or take a few metres. Basically, the scale of Darwin IV life is absolutely ridiculous, with more than one organism that dwarfs Godzilla.

I was going to ask and you did it! Even ghidorah is dwarved by emperor. Blisteringwing wingspan looks like ghidorah wingspan

Still have no clue how the strider manages to not sink straight through the sea.

I imagine that it is the tension of the amoebic membrane as well the feet that act like buoys, of course it is to ignore how massive it is

The problem with that comparison is that aircraft carriers aren't slamming up and down in and out of the water constantly...
