Description
These are some designs of probable descendants of the OpabiniaUp: The Manglerworms are a parasitic species that eats organic compounds that make up the trunks of treeworms (A special lcase invertebrate that has evolved to take the role of the flora)
Middle: Oculophidus, a species with a serpentine appearance, are semiaquatic predators
Bottom: A small, chubby, long beak fisher.

I like them a lot especialy the "snake" theyd do pretty well in the flooded forests

yes, some of these flying vertebrates could develop a symbiotic relationship with the tree.

We still need to work on trees and flora but the trees ive designed are carnivorous worm things that became immobile

I'll think of some other kinds of flora, including alternative species of plants and algae, which are done symbiosis with worms
