Description Well, here I come with new illustrations of Tyrannosaurus rex after I was not satisfied with the latest version I did, this time making more than one individual since in previous versions originally I had only used Sue's reconstruction, adding Stan and the CM 9380 specimen. I wanted to try to practicing with varied colors and patterns, so is why each one has a different coloring.

Sue based on Scott Hartman skeletal reconstruction
Stan and CM 9380 based on Franoys  diagram reconstructions

What's with the lips?

Fossilized enamel has been found in T. Rex teeth, and can only be preserved with saliva moisture; In addition, there were wide pores near the teeth that gave way to veins that nourished external soft tissue. Like lizards.
Crocodiles live near water, so they can maintain the health of their teeth.

Interesting. However, the facial remains that we have at the moment show no from for lips.

I'm sorry, but the letter is too small and pixelated to read the paragraph about the skull.

But from what I understand, skin impressions almost always show only fragments of the body, therefore it cannot state with certainty that it had no lips.

For all we know, they could each one be a different subespecies, so the color variation is quite likely. I mean their skeletons are already pretty different
