Description
Image taken in the 70s during expedition, the confrontation of these exceptional creatures is an event that became rare to prescience due to the few individuals that surround the territories.Β In the middle regions of the Himalayas the search for territory forces two extravagant inhabitants of the region to impose their strength from time to time, the Himalayan bears and the elusive hominid Himalayan Paranthropids, both rather heavy animals that roam the mountain's slopes. The clashes between these species are violent due to the aggressiveness of both, leaving the Yeti more damaged because the bears have claws and teeth capable of disembowelling muscle and skin, in several cases being always fatal these encounters. In some cases the Yetis may have a way to overcome these by having a stone or a trunk with which to beat them, although few individuals take advantage of this like old adults or young individuals with luck.
This fact would probably play against them when humanity expanded in their region, since the hominids moved more to the territory of the Ursids, confronting them, making more individuals fight and leading to an increasing mortality in the yetis population, eventually reducing their population and making them almost scarce...

I like this a lot, the creatures look so good in their old photo, it's just cool and amazing how just a little detail can make the style feel totally different

I really don't see many Paranthropoids escaping with their lives in these scenarios. I mean Paranthropus and kin lack the huge canine teeth of other apes. Sure, they are powerfully built and have very strong crushing jaws, but these guys, nope. Still would have a lot of sheer power though.Β
