thank you. i wanted to get some inspiration because i'm making my own speculative future earth. but it's going to take place either in 25 or 50 million years in the future.

and once again the Great Lakes are gone. Just like in the Neocene.

Great Lakes were formed with the weight of ice, are depressions that were raised in a few million years

Well, here we go again. And I would assume that the Neocene occurs after the Allocene correct?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Dragonthunders In reply to Bealmeister [2013-07-06 21:09:00 +0000 UTC]

not, before. the Neocene occurs in 25 million, while the allocene occurs in 35 million years

Bealmeister In reply to Dragonthunders [2013-07-06 21:15:21 +0000 UTC]

So then that would mean that the time period of Life after Man comes after the Allocene (50 million years).

yes, but not the same timeline

shame. I was picturing primitive rabbuck species in the Neo and Allocenes.

hm...so south America's a continent alone again, Africa and Europe collided, and the ice age land bridge resurfaced? very interesting indeed.
