Aww. I wouldn't be able to sell a personal picture like this - maybe give it to really close person. It's better when at least the digital version remains, but I would still be really sad.

Yeah... But then the money I made from it allows me to buy lots of new materials to make a few more mini masterpieces (or master mistakes) so it's all good in the grand scheme of things...

It is definitely hard to balance the two! and it seems working just to make a living often gets in the way. It would be so ideal to be able to not work and focus on art the rest of our lives. Some people are lucky enough to do this...I'm jealous

I guess you haven't gone back through my gallery? I am a glass artist!! I trained in stained glass at university. I love the fact you can see that quality in my watercolours because I wonder whether my love for glass and colour has seeped into everything else I create
