Aleu finds herself pacing a strange meadow on her journey one clear night. The vastness of the open sky is both fascinatingly beautiful and fur-tingling eerie, leaving her to wonder where she could fit into a world so large as someone so small. The stars watch her as she hesitates in the field, emotions finally unwinding after having putting so much distance between herself and home. It is then, after she hangs her head and utters, "Where do I belong...?" that a chill takes the breath from her, and then a warmth shedding light upon the field around her. She looks up, and feels her jaw drop agape when a golden gaze is reflecting her own. She could only stare in awe at this mystical apparition, which only watched in return with a calm look of wonderment of its own.

Surely, this was a figment of her distressed imagination, or perhaps a strange dream which she would wake any moment.

Or... was it real?

Wanted to mess with backgrounds again, and decided to use Aleu as my guinea pig. lmao honestly no idea if the scene is real or a dream or something. I just wanted to draw Aleu and a spirit. I guess it's Aniu? idk
