The first in a series of 3 tutorials Imma' be doing. People have been attacking me with questions like rabid weasels lately so's I figured I should probably try to give something back to this wonderful online community anyways. I'm about three years overdue.

I'm Trying to make these as noob-freindly as possible, because I remember when I was there, and I remember how confusing everything could get.

So, Enjoy! And if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask! I'll be making a coloring tutorial next, don't worry.

This is not the only way to do this. This is simply the way I do. I encourage you to seek out other methods and tutorials and play with it, because that's the best way to learn!

(PS: Isolating lineart means that you make the lines on a seperate layer so you can color underneath them and stuff.)

Edit: I've since changed versions of photoshop that I use, but this method still works exactly the same in CS2 and beyond.
