I'm not quite sure what inspired or made me reminisce about Gundam Wing but whatever it was, I'm glad it did! This week's #freesketchfriday is of Relena in my favorite outfit of hers. It's been so long since I drew from one of my favorite all time anime. Now I have to go back and rewatch the series! I'm hoping to make this into a more complete picture soon. I do! I have watched a few of the other series but Wing is my favorite. I don't think I've watched the newest one though. You?

Oh, I absolutely love it! Wing isnβt my favorite, but it has some good qualities. Iβve actually done a few pictures with my Wing Zero models.
My favorite entry is probably Charβs Counterattack.

I think I like Wing so much because it was my first. Also one of my first anime. I had the small Wing and Deathscythe models. I ruined the wing by trying to paint it. ;_; I'll look for Char's Counterattack and give it a watch! I'm always looking for recommendations. ^_^

Well, Charβs Counterattack is the culmination of the first three animeβs. You will be lost if you are unfamiliar with them.

The only other one that I was able to watch through was The 08th MS Team, which I did enjoy. I tried watching the Iron-Blooded Orphans as it came out but didn't get into it.Β

I see. I would recommend Gundam 00. Its story is based off of the same plot elements that are in Gundam Wing.
