Well I certainly like how her pose is moving. It makes me feel interested in the picture. Also, the bright colors make me feel happy, and I can share the smile she has. What I really like is the detail on the delivery box. I think people forget to pay attention to the small details on side items like that, so in that area of the drawing, I think you were spot on. Because Shampoo is a bit of a flirt, I would give her some more sensuality, maybe by adding prominent eyelashes or something of that nature. Also, her waist could be a bit longer to show how her hips bow out from her middle torso. Otherwise, this fan art is fun and happy, and I feel that it captures Shampoo's wit, cleverness and fun personality well. Great work here.

Your points are again really spot on, and I feel like pushing the exaggeration on the pose and eyelashes would definitely improve this piece.
