Credit to (The Wolf has been mention MAN!) for oddly this unique idea, and yes while even IF PPGZ Bellum looks like a downgrade, it honestly can explain some things such as their unexpected fighting abilities or hidden faces.

Bellum and Beramu are ladies of many secrets, that's for sure, especially to the fact that while not twin sisters by blood, look nearly as identicial enough with both their jobs AND being mother figures to their girls. However, while it's true their....disdain was part bad blood and personal, they also had one of heritage, namely not many people knew, but both DV Bellum and Beramu(PPGZ Bellum) are in fact of a amazonian species known as Gerudo, or rather descendants of them no doubt, both coming from in a way, a LONG line of warrior gerudo, albeit one whose family has clashed throughout the ages, with Bellum's Gerudo heritage being something of a long lost tribe of guardswomen, while Beramu's heritage stemmed from their rivals, one with more or less "albino" skin with more pale skin and blonde hair, leading them into conflict with one family triumphing or the other slaying them, however when the supposed "king" was born, both the tribes were exiled from the land, with their latest queens, on the verge of ending the other's bloodline" were forced to run from the rule of this Gerudo King, mad with power, there the two queens, soon to be mothers, would vow to let their fight be settled by future descendants, as well as finishing the fight when they landed in the middle of a certain....war for gravel, where it's said both would took the other's lives in a mutual kill of a last stand...leaving their daughters to either learn to hate, or perhaps let the feud naturally come to them.

And following Gerudo traditional, often let their faces be obscured except for either their closest friends....or when the time comes to settle the battle, each other...but it's said that very island, or lands would still exist somewhere and somehow will be revealed.
