So, here's what I have come up with.
She is termed as a princess, and saw you mentioning her having sea serpent traits in her original picture, so I wanted to show both of those qualities. The markings I've penciled in will actually be the brightest parts of her design (either highly reflective or bioluminescent, your choice!) and where I show the pink most prominently. She will also have a pink/reddish tinge in her fins. The longest 'filaments' on her body will be similar to an anglerfish's lure.
If you want anything changed or are not fond of this design, =ViridianDenial , by absolutely all means, please tell me! It's left as a sketch entirely for that reason. c:
