A Game of Thrones fan art- Cersei LannisterAnother request done for a friend. I know she is a bitch, but she's a very effective bitch. And she is physically beautiful too.
I seem to be doing a lot of antagonists lately, but they are fun to draw.
Done with colored pencils and watercolor.
