I've got to give most of the credit to the guys at 'How To Draw Manga', I was looking at some tutorials for their site, and I copied a few diagrams down so that I could get the feel of drawing female anatomy, though I did elaborate on the things I copied down, for instance, the body on the far right had no arm in the HTDM incarnation, which reminds me that I taught my self to draw female wrists and hands cool be fluking at it here!

Lol. How to Draw Manga never really taught me anything, although I did flip through the books and TRIED to learn how to draw. My drawing skills, however minor they are, come from me looking at other people's artwork and using mirrors to determine how a body can be shaped and moved. Still, figure drawing would probably do me some good. I might try it, though I'll probably add clothing so that I can knock out two birds with one stone (the two birds being drawing practice AND drawing references for my best friend so she can draw my characters).

Well yeah, I haven't been able to take in anything from How to Draw Manga either, I was using the pictures on the website as references(though I did still read what the site had to say, as some of it was relevant), as I had pretty much no clue how to draw female anatomy at all. Actually, every time I try to draw female characters I need to find a reference, which is why I jotted down these useful sketches. I actually pretty much did what you did to get to my level of skill, though I'm still only doing pencil art(I'm getting better with colors, but I like the option of not having to deal with it. Also, I can't really do anything artwise on the computer because I don't have a drawing pad). I'm horrible with female clothing so I'll just stick to the figures for now...X.x But I'm sure you could get somewhere with adding clothing to them. Heh, now I feel like trying to draw your characters...X.x I can see that going either horrible or awesome... Though I'm reasonably certain I would have little to no problem drawing Sin.

You don't need a tablet to do digital artwork - I know a lot of people who use their mouse. It's a lot harder with the mouse, but you can still use it well enough. I know I used to.

Haha XD You could. I like fanart of my characters, though I don't usually get it. That and I don't draw my characters enough as it is. Lol.
