A request form who wanted something form EarthBound. the only experience I have with that series is with Smash Bros with a dash of chuggaaconroy, and I still can't tell what kind of RPG it is. Silly Shigesato Itoi that was not a rape scene you saw in the movie theater it was a murder scene

Earthbound is a pretty decent game, sort of like an RPG.

I guess it's supposed to be a parody of the RPG games, because it can take on whole levels of extremely strange.
But it still runs like Final Fantasy, Pokemon and Super Mario RPG. Except your normal weapons are household items (yo-yos, baseball bats, frying pans,) and the enemies are strangely normal (evil hippies, blue conformed people who try to change the world, and aliens). (Like this world, cough cough)
There's no stats that you have to worry about, (The unique part about it), since the game can provide it for you. Like in KSSU with the computer viruses, it gives you stats for "intelligence, guts, and bravery." Guts is the good percentage that the character will be able to survive a fatal hit.
The story takes place in about to be apocalyptic USA? Since most of the places you go to resembles that.
Like an RPG, most final bosses have only one weakness. The boss Giygas can only be defeated using Paula's special move, "Pray." But the thing I like about it is that you're actually praying to beat this guy. And eventually, you do.

Well, the annoying thing about battles is that when the bad guys come into battle, they can call for their partners. They can have as many as the limit can count. So you have to think and act fast.
The bosses take their time to produce lethal KOs.
