Description
With the lack of New Pokemon in Legend Arceus, building a team was a bit challenging. Due to that I had this guy on my team even though he was not that really high on the list because it a Fish. Though I like to think that instead of floating in the air, it would either just balance on it bottom point or lay on it side like a Jack or Tetrapod wave braker

I like to point out that I had a little bit of trouble trying to get Manaphy. Not because I did not get that far in Brilliant Diamond, we have technology, but I think I was not doing it at the evening
