Description
A request for Thought I try with the lighting but not really a fan of it... or still need to work on that
No matter, I really need to be more dependable to those who ask for request, I seem to be slacking on that more then normal Simirror copyright of Nintendo

I think the lighting's spot on and the 'shine' makes it pop. 
If you want to know a trick for deciding whether or not the shadows and lighting are correct you can either mirror your drawing in a graphics program, or before scanning you can just flip the paper, and hold it up to the light. That also helps to determine whether or not things like the eyes are in the correct place and not off. Just a small tip -- hope it helps

I use references (including this one)
but I will keep that tip in mind when drawing "original" stuff (though mirroring most of the time makes things look awkward)
