Okay, so it's not exactly fantabulously amazing, but I don't draw this stuff that often and it's better than half the crap I've posted here in the past, so it'll do...I like the old space marine armour with the beak... mark 7 or whatever it was. Looks cooler than the silly squished D: face XD
What's up with the purple wispy shit? I dunno. I put some smoky stuff on that crude pistol, and then kinda went nuts and put it everywhere else too. Hey, even servants of the Emperor get to pose and look cool in nonsensical surroundings every now and again.
Meh. It was a good sketch to start with, I swear.
Oh, and yeah, I somehow doubt this is Aryn with her helmet on. Fear not, though, I'm sure normal service (read: cute busty girls) will be resumed shortly.

Very cool picture. And i do concur. The 'Birdo' helmet (as my friends and i call it) is a pretty badass Space Marine helmet.
I think my only complaint with this picture would be that he doesn't seem bulky enough to be a space marine. It just seems like the chest piece and the shoulder pads should be bigger than that. Huge and massive and able to crash small kittens.
Aside from that though, still a rad picture.

Heck, I love that beaky-faced helmet more than the regular ones, too. And that smoke is OBVIOUSLY the excessive discharge from the explosion of an overheated plasma weapon! You should consult with us geeks before posting things like this

The feel I get is that he just unloaded an entire fuel cell for his plasma pistol there, and is looking over to see if anything's stupid enough to act like it's still alive now.

Corvus pattern armor, came into circulation during and post horus heresy, i think. Geekness aside, it's a good painting. Might be a bit heavy on the dodge-style highlights though.
