Another elf. She got a bit more of a drastic make-over than the other two I've done so far, but she was pretty poorly developed in the original picture.I think Fire comes next, and he's going to need a similar beating with the non-ugly stick.

I think I've figured out what I really like about your pics- they're "whole", you've made sure that the composition feels complete, rather than a series of disparate (but high-quality) parts. That's something I need to be mindful of, and I suspect it comes from the proper visualization of what you're doing.
