Description
When Mr Vish mentioned his elf with a satchel and I remembered an outfit I had been meaning to draw for a while, predictable results ensued.I feel like my art has become quite lazy
I should rectify this

lazy...perhaps...the awesomeness however is still retained. And that's important. I could be biased tho...nah, awesome to the max remains.

Not as detailed and intricate as usual, no, but that doesn't mean it's lazy. I actually really like it, your style for this is a bit different from your normal and still very good. I'd like to see more like this in addition to your usual method.

Lazy or not (from your point of view), I still think that the picture is cool!

YAY!
More Dr. Cloud stuff!!
How exactly do you get this sort of colors? I cannot find a working program that will do this sort of thing.

It's an unholy combination of OpenCanvas (a really old version) and Photoshop (a not-so-old version).
It generally consists of me throwing random colours and weird layer types at it until it looks cool. There's not exactly a fixed process for it X3
To be honest, the only reason I coloured this at all was because I wanted to give her rosy cheeks.

This picture does have a lazyness to it, yeah. But that lazyness is only in reflection to your better stuff. Your usual works have such a wonderfully tangible essence and depth to them. But this isn't one of those, it's not trying to be and you've not tried to make it so.
This feels more two-dimensional and 'sketchy'; that's not a bad thing, because this image is also wonderful. I think if you created lots more work like this, certainly relieving some of the de-motivational pressure of creating a piece you seem to place on yourself, then you'd be better for it, and we'd get more Doc Cloud works.
This is a really nice piece, has a comfortable warmth to it and is still most certainly your style. Drawing is far more important than doing great drawings every time.
