I've been playing some Mount & Blade. It's quite jolly, and since I'm trying to get myself back into some kind of vague artistic "groove" I thought it would be fun to try to draw something based on that.So, yeah, here's my most recent character. I can't remember what hilarious semi-random background I ended up giving her. It probably isn't necessary for these comments anyway.
Enjoy, and hopefully I will post up something in a bit less time than it took for this to appear since the last!

But yeah, great job. It's kind a shame that M&B pushes you towards mounted combat for your character; I personally find infantry combat to be a lot more interesting since cav is just doing driveby stabbings and such.

Mount & Blade is indeed a great game, been playing since beta (would that be a Military scythe or a glaive?

It's a military scythe. I was trying to use couched lance attacks on people with a much shorter polearm to start with (can't remember what it was - just that it was cheap, and I had no money at the time), and found it worked a lot better when I upgraded to one of these XD
