I like the way that my categorisation of pictures (are they drawings or are they paintings?) gets more and mroe random as time goes by.

The more... uh... "dedicated" of you may have noticed a couple of things about this picture. First of all, Ria's floppy-tentacley-hair bits have kinda gone missing, which was something of an accident. Second, in the original Mittens, Ria's attacks were water-based (I think) and not icy at all... still, water and ice are kinda similar, so I don't really care.

Anyway... er... yeah, that probably didn't make a lot of sense to most people. If you don't have a clue what I'm talking about (and, in particular, what Mittens is/was/shall be), then I apologise.

In terms of the picture, I drew this kinda quickly because I wanted to keep my arting up but didn't quite feel like embarking on another commission yet. I was also a bit bored of both airbrushing and cel-style stuff, so I forced myself to just go wild with the paintbrush on this one. It doesn't look incredibly polished, but that's because I figured I'd spent long enough on it and got kinda bored with it... and I seem to prefer my quick pictures half the time anyway, so perhaps that's for the best.

Definitely pleased with the fact that there's actually a proper background and stuff, even if it's not immensely detailed or complicated.
