Funnily enough, I have an uncle who's reaching his seventies and even he's aging better than Isen! Mr. Proud Warrior here must've been straining himself for years, hence why he's aging so poorly. Every time Isen strains himself he's slowly making his condition worse, and he's too proud to either care or admit it.
