If Robots were to augment our society to a common and acceptable level what would stop people from buying the biggest and strongest artificial beings on the block? A arms race would develop right in our own neighborhoods.. Wife's could use the larger than life servants to take untrustworthy husbands to work and back.. The same could be done for truant prone kid's using their giant minders to take them to school on time.
>People could even ditch their cars in favor of a more safe form of travel whose robot could double as protective security for them...
A weird future you say? Perhaps.. But it would be possible people.... Just saying.

I gave up on blender too.. Agreed on the pain aspect.. I just use the Iray render engine, adjust my lighting this way or that, and then hope for the best.
Blender has so many cross over bugs that the bugs become a additional challenge to even creating a scene that I just don't fool with it.
There are some videos (in fact a lot of them) on Youtube. This has helped me in the past. Also there is a Forum for asking questions on the DAZ website. There you will find Gurus who know DAZ inside and out and they actually like to help people there. Just be humble and very thankful and I've found that they can get you out of a lot of jams.
With a manual it is easy to lose the forest for the trees is the other side of that coin which tends to happen to me sometimes.. Asking people can save so much time I've found..
