Description
My first artwork of 2015 year! And I'm really proud of how this turned out!I really took m time for doing lots of little changes and improvements
This character is Hercules, as he is depicted in the animated series "Jason and the heroes of Mount Olympus". I really loved the way the creators of the series draw Hercules, so stocky and bulky instead of the usual beefy but more athletic look that is usually associated with Hercules.
I wanted to draw him in a situation similar to those depicted in some anime like DragonBall or Fist of the North Star. You know, when the two opponents are ready to start their fight and the air becomes tense, and a small breeze can be heard like if nature itself it's holding it's breath.
And for once in my life I'm also very happy with the background! I think it came out really nicely!
