Weeps I decided when he gets it he'll get a dog collar thing so I added it pfft.

I tried to make him look more like a lightning bolt but it just looked so weird, so taking some inspiration from other interpretations of Mega Manectric, I just made him super extra fluffy. And pretty red claws it looks like he painted his nails pfft. He's also to fluffy for even his vest-
Also double guitar because I like to torture myself-
Not super happy with the art as a whole but eh, I just wanted to design him. Soon. >3>
