HOORAY~ ! Finished her just in time for the first day of Fall! I'd like to introduce to everyone one of my oldest and favorite (yet my least talked about) girl, Hallow's Eve! Or just Hallow~

Halloween is my favorite freaking holiday ever so it isnt a surprise I'd somehow find a way to make a character with a Quirk/aesthetic themed after it~ Her story of existence literally came from my friend creating a character, saying "Idk I think my OC needs a dom girlfriend", and me responding with "I gotchu" and boom! So was she born!! Obviously set her as a side kick to the lovely Miss Midnight, whom is her biggest inspiration, her favorite hero, and taught her the most to be unashamed of who she is and open about it all.
