Complex character Icons start at $20
Add a simple animation- $5

The simple ones translate well to smaller sizes, and work great with Deviantart as well.

The more detailed full character icons are for use on sites that display icons at 100px or larger, since the details get lost once shrunk further.

Icons can be animated slightly for an extra fee.
Slight animations include sparkles: [link] Eye blinking: [link] or anything else that doesn't require complete redraw.
